Careers and majors for Organizer kids
Organizers are drawn to order, systems, accuracy and getting things right. They like knowing how things are supposed to run, and improving it. You may notice them cataloguing a collection, catching a mistake adults missed, or finishing what they start.
What they need is real things to be in charge of, clear expectations, and adults who see reliability as a talent. It is easy to overlook because it is quiet. What tends to bore them is chaos, shifting rules, and projects that are abandoned halfway through.
