Careers and majors for Persuader kids
Persuaders are drawn to leading, selling, convincing, starting things and competing. They want to get other people moving. You may notice them organizing the neighborhood game, negotiating bedtime like a contract, or asking to be captain.
What they need is real stakes, a real audience, the chance to lead and sometimes lose, and adults who can take a good argument without treating it as back talk. What tends to bore them is sitting still and following along, and work where nothing depends on them.
